All other times of the year (negotiable but must exceed 30 days per HOA)
Refundable Security Deposit - $2,500 on short term rental or one month’s rent for all long-term rentals.
Departure Cleaning - $325, HOA Approval fee - $195 plus 12% Florida Transient Lodging will be added to the base rate on rentals <180 days.
All lease applications and lease agreements must be approved by Antilles Master HOA prior to occupancy. Please allow 20 days for approval.
Payment accepted by personal check, cashiers check, ACH or money order. Credit cards not accepted.
