    • January - April (90-day minimum rental)

    • All other times of the year (negotiable but must exceed 30 days per HOA)

    • Refundable Security Deposit - $2,500 for short-term rental and one month’s rental amount for all long-term rentals.

    • Departure Cleaning - $325, HOA Approval fee - $195 plus 12% Florida Transient Lodging will be added to the base rate on rentals <180 days.

  • All lease applications and lease agreements must be approved by Antilles Master HOA prior to occupancy. Please allow 20 days for approval.

  • Payment preferred by personal check or cashiers check. Credit cards accepted (processing fee applies to all credit card payments)
