Classic Coach Homes
Classic Coach Homes feature between 1,509 -1,537 SF, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a laundry room, 10’ ceilings and a one-car garage.
The lower units (Saba) feature a lanai that may be accessible from an outside screen door. Lower units may be accessed from either the front door at the middle of the building or a side entry door adjacent to the garage. The upper units (Tobago) are accessed from the middle of each building and feature a slightly larger floor plan with all units having a preserve view.

Grand Coach Homes
Grand Coach Homes feature between 1,980 - 2,444 SF of living space, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an oversized kitchen , a large lanai for entertaining, 10’ ceilings, a laundry room, and a two-car garage.
The lower units (Nevis) feature a lanai that may be accessible from an outside screen door and a main entrance door around the side of the condo. The upper units (Montserrat) fature a large loft area with the main entrance door at the center of each building that contains a large foyer connecting to the two-car garage and stairs to access the unit.
Grand Coach homes either have a lake view or a preserve view.

MultiPlex Two Bedroom
MultiPlex two bedroom, two full bathroom units are in the center of buildings 6 and 7. Each of these units feature an expansive lanai similar to the grand coach homes which is accessible from both the living room and the master ensuite. Covered parking is located directly beneath the building and all floors have elevator access.

MultiPlex Three Bedroom
MultiPlex three bedroom, two bathroom units are available in buildings 6 or 7. The end units on each building are the largest units in the building. All units feature plentiful living space, 10’ ceilings and a laundry room located at the midpoint of the unit.
