    • January - April (90-day minimum rental)

    • All other times of the year (negotiable but must exceed 30 days per HOA)

    • Refundable Security Deposit - $2,500 for short term rentals and one month’s rent on all long-term rentals

    • Departure Cleaning - $325, HOA Approval fee - $195 plus 12% Florida Transient Lodging will be added to the base rate on rentals <180 days.

  • All lease applications and lease agreements must be approved by Antilles Master HOA prior to occupancy. Please allow 20 days for approval.

  • Payment accepted by personal check, cashiers check, ACH or money order. Credit cards not accepted.
