All other times of the year (negotiable but must exceed 30 days per HOA)
Refundable Security Deposit - $2,500 for short term rentals and one month’s rent on all long-term rentals
Departure Cleaning - $325, HOA Approval fee - $195 plus 12% Florida Transient Lodging will be added to the base rate on rentals <180 days.
All lease applications and lease agreements must be approved by Antilles Master HOA prior to occupancy. Please allow 20 days for approval.
