Refundable Security Deposit - $1,500 on short-term rental and one month’s rent for any long-term rental.
All lease applications and lease agreements must be approved by Antilles Master HOA prior to occupancy. Please allow 20 days for approval.
Payment accepted by personal check, cashiers check, ACH or money order. Credit cards accepted with applicable processing fee passed on to guest.
