    • January - April (60-day minimum rental)

    • All other times of the year (30-day minimum rental period)

    • Refundable Security Deposit - $1,500 on short-term rental and one month’s rent for all long-term rentals.

  • All lease applications and lease agreements must be approved by Antilles Master HOA prior to occupancy. Please allow 20 days for approval.

  • Payment accepted by personal check, cashiers check, ACH or money order. Credit cards accepted with applicable processing fee passed onto guest.
